For guest rooms, Schema Group was tasked with a full renovation of 687 rooms and corridors on 32 floors performing the work in a phased schedule so the hotel could remain open during construction

• Liquidation of furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Guest bath demolition and installation of new sinks, vanities and showers
• Installation of carpeting, wall covering, mini bars and window valances, blinds and shades

• Installation of wood flooring, wall panels and lighting
• Installation of fully functional half kitchen, buffet and beverage stations -
• Replacement of the lighting and dimming system for a 10,000 SF ballroom
• Replacement of the entry doors and hardware for all meeting rooms and ballrooms
• Complete renovation to existing 6,000 SF restaurant seating space
• Created additional bar and replaced finishes in 1,000 SF center section of the lobby -
• Enlarged and reconfigured the existing laundry room to 2,000 SF to allow for new state of the art commercial laundry equipment to be installed
• Replaced all finishes and steam units for steam rooms in the hotel’s spa

Other interior renovations included work on 70,000 SF of meeting room, ballroom, and function spaces including:
Replacement of the lighting and dimming system for a 10,000 SF ballroom
Replacement of the entry doors and hardware for all meeting rooms and ballrooms
