ZACH GRABINSKI, CEO

Brian’s extensive experience in General Contracting and his work with Owner’s Groups give him a unique skill set that he applies to each Schema Group project. His talents include conceptual budgeting, advanced cost estimating, value engineering and FF&E & material selection. He’s adept in managing complex schedules and budgets. He has overseen an impressive amount of projects — from inception to completion — in many industries including multi-family, hospitality and commercial sectors.

Brandy Grabinski is the Chief Control Officer of Schema Group, LLC, where she oversees the company’s financial health, operations, and compliance. She is responsible for designing and maintaining control frameworks that support accountability, compliance, and scalable growth. Her responsibilities include managing billing and subcontractor financials, operational controls, licensing, and insurance compliance to ensure accuracy, accountability, and risk mitigation. Partnering closely with leadership and project teams, Brandy supports disciplined execution and sustainable growth across complex hospitality and construction projects. Mario is known for his attention to detail, reliability and ability to execute large-scale, multi-room renovations on schedule. He consistently delivers quality craftsmanship in high-demand environments. His experience also includes hurricane damage restoration throughout the Caribbean. Chris’ strong leadership and organizational skills combine to ensure a successful project with on-schedule and on-budget delivery. He prides himself on building meaningful relationships with clients, architects and tradesmen. As a master craftsman, Chris also understands that attention to details is what makes a quality finished product.

CHASE GAUTIER
Superintendent/Assistant PM

With a degree in business management from Arizona State University and hands-on experience supporting fast-paced operations, Chase brings a detail-oriented and organized approach to every project. 

    Chase supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from pre-construction through completion. His experience managing workflows, communicating across teams, and maintaining schedules helps ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

Matt Gauthier

MATT GAUTHIER
National Director of Construction & Compliance

  • experience in construction and over two decades specializing in hospitality renovations nationwide. As a licensed General Contractor in multiple states and as the firm’s qualifier for national licensing, he ensures that Schema Group can operate consistently and in compliance across the country.

    He has successfully managed over $300 million in projects for leading hospitality brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG, delivering full-scale property improvement plans, rebranding conversions, and structural upgrades. His expertise spans from FF&E procurement and value engineering to complex structural alterations, consistently driving cost savings while exceeding brand standards.

    As a hands-on leader, Matt has remodeled over 4,500 hotel rooms, directed 27 new lobby builds, and overseen more than 20 brand conversions, making him a trusted partner to ownership groups, architects, and designers. His background also includes international vendor relations and construction consulting.

OWEN JUNGLES
Superintendent/Assistant PM

    As Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager, Owen applies these strengths to oversee and coordinate hospitality projects from inception to completion. His keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining budgets ensure the success of every renovation.

RYAN KOPER
Director of Procurement

  • 5 plus years of experience in procurement for the hospitality industry to the company. As Director of Procurement he oversees the acquisition of products and services for all Schema Group projects. CHANCE LOMAN
Senior Project Manager

  • Accountant with over a decade of experience supporting construction and architecture firms across the United States. He specializes in AIA billing, union payroll, full-cycle accounting, and compliance reporting, with a strong track record of improving workflows and financial processes. Ali is highly proficient in a wide range of accounting systems and excels at managing project financials from setup through closeout while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Senior Superintendent

Office Manager

As Office Manager, she supports the Schema team both on and off-site.
