Brian’s extensive experience in General Contracting and his work with Owner’s Groups give him a unique skill set that he applies to each Schema Group project. His talents include conceptual budgeting, advanced cost estimating, value engineering and FF&E & material selection. He’s adept in managing complex schedules and budgets. He has overseen an impressive amount of projects — from inception to completion — in many industries including multi-family, hospitality and commercial sectors.

Tom comes to Schema Group with a strong background in construction and project management. His main focus is to build long-lasting relationships with owners, architects, designers and building staff to ensure that they have a positive and seamless experience working with the Schema Group team.

Brandy Grabinski is the Chief Control Officer of Schema Group, LLC, where she oversees the company’s financial health, operations, and compliance. She is responsible for designing and maintaining control frameworks that support accountability, compliance, and scalable growth. Her responsibilities include managing billing and subcontractor financials, operational controls, licensing, and insurance compliance to ensure accuracy, accountability, and risk mitigation. Partnering closely with leadership and project teams, Brandy supports disciplined execution and sustainable growth across complex hospitality and construction projects.
